Copy attachment(s) from one record to another

Dear all

i have the following scenario:

1. in one case (Subject X), the user will upload an attachment(s) then resolve the case

2. then a workflow will fire and create another case (Subject Y).

I need to copy the attachment(s) from first case to the second case, knowing that the team who will work on the second case is NOT allowed to view/access the first case.

please help.

    Hi Ahmad ,

    Straight forward way using OOB workflow I think you can not achieve this  , you can  try to do using plugin.

    Have a look below reference -

    Hi Ahmad,

    You can have a look below reference -

    You can also try with MS Flow , I have not tried but probably you can do this .
