Hi, as far as I know, there is no special handling of Sample in BC. You can create a Sample Item, and then set different posting groups for the Sample (probably a fee instead of a cost)
Or add the same item, but the price is 0.
If your samples are sold together with normal item every time, you can consider using assembly order.
