Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement in Notes and Attachments. Where we need to post every note to the Power Portal form MDA, without a *WEB* tag, because our client needs to train every user to reminder when ever they are adding a Note. Could anyone suggest is there any way to do it.

Hi SuneelReddy,

Based on the documentation, this tag is required.

In order for a note to appear on the web page, the description of each note must be prefixed with *WEB* ('WEB' keyword with an asterisk sign (*) before and after).

However, you can add it automatically through flow if you don't want to train every user to reminder when ever they are adding a Note.

Here are steps:

1)Create one automated flow:

2)Trigger

3) Update a row

4) Save and Test:
