We are generating quotes from the product opportunities. We export the quote into a PDF or Word format. We need to have the complete description of each product listed in the product list. Sometimes this descriptions involves a number of pictures and diffent type of letter formats, being from 2 to 8 pages long.
The problem is We cannot add pictures and have different letters formats in the product description (at products). We have tried to cut and paste from our templates, but does not work. It only works coping small paragraphs wihtout pictures. So, when we export to pdf or word, it comes out without pictures and sometime weird letter formats.
Our Dynamics 365 supplier says that Microsoft is working on it, but we are having these issues since early this year (2023).
Any ideas how to solve the problem?
