i can not find PM module in AX 2012. our company uses AX 2012 as ERP and don't like to add other software and prefer to use ax 2012 imbedded solution.
i appreciate if you can help me to find best solution.

If you talk about PM as preventive maintenance, then there is no out of the box solution. There are ISV vendors having an Enterprise Asset Management solution as integrated add-on available. E.g. : www.to-increase.com/.../enterprise-asset-management.

If you want to use an out of the box solution then I would recommend considering an upgrade to D365FO.
This might save you some money for buying a 3rd party add-on for AX2012 that you can basically get for free if you upgrade to D365FO.

Let me caution that this does not come for free. its priced at $1/ asset - bought in bundles of 100, up to 5000 parent assets when there is no extra cost thereafter for more assets i.e. it could cost $5000 a month if you many assets.
Whether it will suit your requirement will depend on the complexity of your preventative maintenance e.g. base overhaul of a ship or airplane, or an oil and gas plant, might need a specialist solution.
There is an ax 2012 isv version of the module. There are several other ISV modules.
For a simpler approach to e.g book time and materials you can use Projects module or Service orders . supplemented with QA, workflow, doc attachments, and case management,
you mean, it depends on cost that is affordable regarding the complexity of assets PM and the importance of PM for our industry. In fact, we have a plant which assembles passenger car about 100 per day. so it is important to have all production line equipment ready all the time and it is not possible unless with preventive maintenance and reliable EM tracing. on the other hand, right now, we use AX 2012 R3 as ERP and manage PM and EM by Excell sheets.
you mentioned that we can use some ISV modules or some other AX modules. I appreciate it if you explain more.
