Hello,
I am unable to add domains to a form meaning I cannot take the script and host form on a website - can anyone help?
I have added the domains to D365 but can't add them to a form.
Thank you,
Graham

Thanks for the reply Nya. Unfortunately, the new domains that I have confirmed do not appear to be available.
Hi,
Please try to create a form page for the form in 'form hosting' tab.
And the script will be shown in the page.
Copy the script into your external website and see if it can work.
Hi,
Domains are conformed and show in active domains but I am unable to add them to a form. Should they appear automatically when you click 'form hosting' on the form page?

Hi,
No, only the "enable form hosting" option is needed to be enabled.
Please refer to the following section to check if your domain is authenticated correctly.
Also, it states that "DNS registration may require up to 24 hours to take effect, so try again later if your registration isn't confirmed right away."
Thanks for the swift reply. Do all switches need to be turned to yes?
We have added the domains and toggled yes for "enable form hosting" but they do not populate the 'available domains for hosting' area on the form.
Is there add the domains to the area?
Hi Graham,
Have you enable the following option when the domain is added into D365?
