Can you please create a new thread for this problem?
In this new thread add some information on what data you miss, how you found out that they are missing, etc.
Some screenprints always help :-)

Dear Both,
The issue has been resolved by activating account structure. I went to GL>setup>Chart of Accounts>Configure Account structure and press the activated button and done. But still i have an issue the HR Department are saying they are missing some data from Financial dimension from last 5 days. There i need your support.

Hi Shabir,
Ludwig is correct. This is the message when dimensions are not or not correctly setup.
Besides, a worker can have multiple employments in different legal entities. If there are multiple employments, you can select the legal entity at the right top where there is currently 'JADCO'. In one LE, there might be and another LE no dimensions activated.

Do you see findims if you open for example a vendor or does the vendor record look the same?
To me it looks as if your ledger setup is not complete and you have not assigned the account structures in the ledger form in GL.
Once the account structures are setup and active then you should see some findim fields in master data forms, such as the one for employees, vendors, etc.
Can you double check that?
