Dear All,

I want to ask about prepayment,

I create payment journal with posting profile : PRE ( Prepayment ) -> already done setting those vendor posting profile.

my question is : is there any differencies/impact if I don't thick prepayment journal voucher checkbox, althrough I already choose PRE ( Prepayment at posting profile )

Hi Sukrut,

So basically the checkbox was not for auto selection and set the posting profile to prepayment only.

but also for marking that's its was prepayment and related to vendor/customer transaction.
