Hi, I think I know the rootcause. Please be informed, the calculate depreciation will always read the latest posting date in FA ledger entry, so in your case, the latest FA Ledger entry is end of the month. Then, calculate depreciation will not calculate anything. I noticed you use reverse entries to undo the wrong posted depreciation which i think will make user confuse. i suggest use cancel entries. Kindly refer steps below:
1. Go to FA Ledger Entry, find the depreciation entry that you need to cancel because u will post and calculate back
2. Click cancel entries, then click ok. go to FA GL Journal. Insert balance account the depreciation expense gl account.
3. then post, and u will see at fa ledger entries, the wrong depreciation entries will be remove, then u can use calculate depreciation function again.
