Missing Segment Boost feature

Hello,

the April 2019 wave included a feature called "Segment Boost" (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/business-applications-release-notes/april19/dynamics365-marketing/segment-boost).

Unfortunately we cannot find it in the product.

How can we enable it?

Thank you very much.

    Hi Hacer,

There are only some cache pictures on Internet which present what "Segment Boost" feature is, however, the page is no longer accessible.

However, as we can see in the current marketing application, there isn't "Segment boost" menu when segment tile expanded.

(We can switch the customer journey UI to the old in Feature switches page.)

Therefore, I'm afraid that the feature was eventually cancelled.

    Hi V Hacer,

this was an AI feature in preview mode and as of March 1, 2020, Segment boost has been deprecated. All documentation was updated accordingly. However, the release notes were not changed and we will add a note to it as well, to remove any confusion.

Btw, we have another AI feature related to segmentation released for public preview in October. This is the Natural Language Query (NLQ). It can be enabled as a feature switch and is available in English only for now. Although there are some limitations to it at this stage (eg support of 3 entities only (contacts, accounts, leads), no support of interactions), we invite all customers to test it and provide their feedback - so that we can improve the model and be ready for April with a full scale support of natural language queries.
