Can anyone help me find the production parameter settings in AX 2009? Thank you in Advance.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by finding the production parameter settings?

It says it is under the Manufacturing Execution module in AX 2012 but I can't find it in AX 2009. I'm trying to alter the production parameters for the 'Start' and 'Report as Finished' steps of the production process.
There should be parameters in the expected "Setup" under the production main menu. But there are also default settings for each user under the Periodic /Scheduling & Update menus.
Are you looking for the Shop floor Productions settings? The Manufacturing execution in 2012 is under Shop Floor in 2009. So under Shop Floor Control > Setup somewhere.
These parameters ONLY relate to job registration in the Shop Floor Terminal.
Otherwise you find the general production parameters under:Production Control > Setup > Production Control Parameters.
