FieldOne to Field Services migration

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

We are in a position where we are starting the process to migrate our Dynamics CRM 15 and FieldOne to D365 and Field Services.

I would be interested in engaging with anyone, MS partner or customer,  in the UK who has gone through this transition and would be able to have an initial chat with.

Thanks in advance

John

Shailesh, I downloaded the F12FS migration tooling awhile ago and only now needed to use it. Unfortunately I am getting an error when trying to run to the tooling. I went to try and download from MS again but of course they have taken it down. Do you by chance have a working copy of the tooling that you send me?

    Thanks,

    Rob

    Hi John,

Sounds like something we can definitely support. I would be interested to have a chat with you as one of the leading Field Service and D365 partners in the world. Do you have any contact details for me to give you a call? You can reach out to me at greg.harradence@hcl-powerobjects.com

    Thanks,
    Greg

    Hi John,

We are going through the same process. We are currently in touch with the Microsoft team which is developing this FieldOne to Field Service Tool. But development is slow.

Or you could just do the migration yourself, through SSIS.

Let me know if you want to go into specifics.
