Imported organization into new setup 2016 but traces shows pointing to old database crm2016-365

Dears,

We have recently restored our organization to a new setup 2016, records are getting created but Lead qualification is showing SQL generic error.

traces shows that it is pointing to Old database name while creating Contact.

I have deactivated all workflows on lead and opportunity and also disabled custom plugin which was on contact.

its quite strange that traces are not showing much details it only says XXXX.dbo.Contatbase is not a valid object or name.

Any help would be appreciated

Turns out that the client had created SQL triggers which were firing up everytime on create of CONTACT and ACCOUNT
