Hi community,
We have created a custom functionality to send an email notification to a specific Email ID when a custom action is clicked. When we test the functionality by clicking the action, the email is sent properly, and we receive it on our Email IDs (Note: our User Email, which is logged in Business Central, is different from the recipient Email). However, when our client performs the same action, they face an issue where the email is not sent to the intended recipient.
Upon checking the Email Outbox for the failed emails, we encountered the following error:
Both our user and the client's user have SUPER permission.
Note: The Email ID used to send the email message is the NoReply Email-ID, and we have set up the SMTP Account for this Email Account in Business Central.
