Could you please confirm whether the MPOS used at the retail outlet can display product details, including weight information, on the screen? Additionally, we need to determine if incorporating weight details for inventory lookup and physical inventory matching on the MPOS screen will slow down its performance. If this is the case, JEM, which is developed for gold and diamond businesses, unfortunately cannot transition their operations to the D365 environment. They have informed us that Microsoft standard does not support this functionality. Without this capability, gold and diamond business outlets will be significantly impaired. Please advise on the solution for this issue.
