Customer Voice Survey email template

Hi,

I am trying to send a customer voice survey using power automate when my case is resolved.

And the email template used is the default one. Can some one help me understand how i will be able to add a custom /personalized template ? And where to create the email  template so that it appears in the option displayed.Img.png
