AX 2012 R3 Retail POS Printer

Hi,

I am facing issue in AX retail POS printer. It shows  below error.

I have done  hardware profile setup as well and I am using EPSON TM-82 OPOS printer.

Kindly help me resolve this issue.

    Error detail is: An error occurred and retail POS could not find printer

    Hope you can print test print from the printer , which you mention above.

    I had Same Issue  with EPSON TM 20 , first check whether Printer name in Hardware Profile  match with your printer name in Printers and Devices  , Try with Windows Drivers instead of OPOS.

    then run distribution schedule.
