Not Able to Load GIF image in chrome and edge broswer

Hello experts,

i have insert one Gif in web file. when i click custom button in web template its working fine in mozile firefox. but same page i have checked in chrome browser & Microsoft edge browser then gif loader is not visible.

What is an issue ??

Hello Kenneth,

i have add gif image in microsoft dynamics 365 crm portal , not in microsoft dynamics AX side so it is not perfect way for CRM portal.
