Hello
I set the escalation for my workflow but it is not working after due date and time.
system did not generate any notification or escalation also not working after dute date and time finish.
Can you check this blog if you are missing something here?

Thanks, Ramit, your blog is beneficial, but I think I set it up the same way. The difference is only escalated through Hierarchy, not to any user.
I changed my Workflow due date process every 10 minutes. Maybe it was 1 hour earlier, so I did not pay attention.
Due date and time passed but nothing happen.
I dont see time limit setup in your setup, did you miss this? check the blog
In My post first screenshot with time limit setup. It is working now but i Choose the action Approve but it is rejecting.
If you want to auto approve as per your setup, then what is the reason you want to have limit based hierarchy? Can you try with simple user?
Furthermore, can you also show the time limit in your escalation setup ?
