    Hello Shabir,

Check this form with Adminstrator Role. If lines are not visible only to this user then Linese are hidden using XDS.

Regarding your second problem. check any customization under purhorder create button.

    regards,

    Hello Shabir Ahmad,

Is there any other ('hidden') filter applied to the all purchase orders form?

What role does your user have assigned?

Is it possible that you are making use of XDS that limits the data that you are able to see in AX?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Shabir,

If you select CTRL + F3 the advanced filter form should open and show you any filter that is applied in the form.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Shabir Ahmad,

I see. Yet, behind the advanced filter that you shared, I can see the PO and the lines displayed.

If you clear the advanced filter and hit refresh, do you see any records in the grid?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Check the users-form (System Administration > Users)? button Relations where you are able to create a relation between your worker (user) and either a specific customer  or a specific vendor account.

If there are  external relations entered, you will see only those accounts in some list pages/forms. You can see a related issue with sales orders here www.akaes.com/.../missing-sales-orders-in-microsoft-dynamics-ax-2012 docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-user-relations

Its simpler in D365 -see this post dyntips.com/.../ax7-user-relations

Thanks for both of you replies Dr. Ludwig Reinhard and magic1949 .

Dr. Ludwig Reinhard. The PO lines which have been displayed are from old PO the new PO goes on hide as created. In the above images post i shown two screenshot and highlighted with green colors.

magic1949 : As you suggested the  path for user and specific customer there is no relation on that  window. The window Relation is  completely blank.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Shabir Ahmad
