Ive built out goals for each of my sales team, simple upload for each sales person and give a target for each month etc. A requirement has now come in to few this info in a roll up query. Heres a video of what I mean: www.awesomescreenshot.com/.../

What I need is to show Jan as Jan, Feb needs to include all of Jan and Feb target and actuals, March needs to include all of Jan, Feb and March target and actuals etc etc. is there a system way to do this or is this a manual change using excel online?
