Unexpected puplish that slow down the environment

Hi everyone,
today I noticed a strange thing, the Dynamics 365 environment was slower than usual.
Even trivial operations like opening the Advanced Find interface also took several minutes.
While debugging a JS I get an error in a try catch: /The operation timed out. This may be because a solution is currently being imported into this environment. Please try again after the solution import is completed. Solutions should be imported outside of working hours if possible./
So I check the History of the solutions and I see these publish, one of them not finished yet:
 
 
Does anyone know what this is about? It seems that Microsoft is making these publishes, is it normal that they happen during working hours completely blocking the system?

    Hi,

    Is the system working properly after solutions are successfully imported?
    When importing solutions, it may affect the operation of the system.
    These could be the solutions included in Microsoft's 2023 release wave 2 plan.

    Thank you very much, now everything is explained.
    I agree that the import of solution may affect the operation of the system, in fact I think it shouldn't be done on Thursday morning during business hours.
