Warehouse Management App Version 2.3.4.0 Setup Questions

We have been working with the 2.3.4.0 warehouse app and have a couple of questions. We have seen the instance where someone tries to do a cycle count and gets a message that they do not have access to the WMSLocations table. It does not happen with every person and having them log into another machine with the same version of the app, they do not get the error. We have found that uninstalling and re-installing the app seems to fix the issue. But not always.
Our question is that maybe we should be using some of the setup fields differently. So far, looking through documentation, there is not a lot of "you should use this setting for this reason or this setting will work better for doing this" type of info.
The fields in question are Domain Name, Use Broker and Cloud. Here are the current settings we are using on the app. Any suggestions to what you may be using and why would be appreciated.

    Good day,

Have you already checked the error log of the work user session?

    Best regards,

We did check the work user session log and all it says is the same thing as the warehouse app. User does not have access to WMS_Locations. But they can do cycle counts on earlier versions of the warehouse app just fine and can write any other transactions just fine.
