We are using Dynamics 365, v9.0. We had a sandbox provisioned named instance1. We needed to clear all data and configuration within this instance so we performed a Reset and named the new instance instance2. Most data was cleared however we noticed that there was still a business unit with the name instance1 (as well as a Team with the same name, using that business unit), and we could not change the name on this. How come the default business unit was not cleared on the reset (we would expect the name to have changed to instance2 after the reset)? Thanks,
