Inspection - Customize the OOTB Export Responses button functionality

Thanks for reading my question.

I'm looking to customize the output response (pdf) of the Export Response button which is available on the Work Order Service Task (related with Inspection). Basically, in the output response (pdf) we're looking to include header, footer and pulling some extra information from Work Order.

Currently, I'm unable to crack how to customize the OOTB Export Response output (pdf) file? Out preference is to customize the existing button. But we're open to consider some new ideas as well. In case, if you have any ideas then please feel free to share.

    Hi Zohaib Uddin Khan,

    We were able to utilize Microsoft's PCF control for the Field Service Report and pull the inspection data in.  This gives you the ability to have a customized report while also giving you the ability to save the PDF to the Booking timeline.  This did take some customization of the PCF control and also pulling in the SurveyJS libraries in order to render the inspection responses - but it allows for some great flexibility.  

    Here is a link to the field service PCF and the instructions from MS on how to modify it.
