Couple of questions about setting up proper user access rights for our D365Sales (SaaS) v2022 Release Wave1
- It seems that our solution is set up with all users sitting under one business unit and then various teams. So in our case if you are part of a team (eg. Team A) which has offices in 3 countries you can see all the quotes, opportunities, etc spread across the multiple countries. Is it good practice to set up Teams by Country so (Team A - Country 1, Team A - Country 2) ?
- All our users have access to contacts, leads, etc immaterial of which Team - is there a way to limit this or would it beat the scope as you do not typically want to duplicate this?
- Is there a way to limit users from downloading, printing etc?
