10.0.30 update lookup problem

We have recently updated 10.0.30 aka PU 54 we have facing strange issue as you see the lookup behaving very strange. The look up just showing loading icon and then stuck on this. It cant be seen on video but the look up is still there but It's behind on the grid controller I think. we disabled all extension on browser, changed browsers, try on incongioto mode but nothing helps. Also I try to enable and disable both three features but they did not help.

Any solution will be appriciated.

Hello Murat,

I have just checked an environment with 10.0.30 and I did not find the same issue.

I suggest you apply 10.0.30 quality update and retry. You can get the quality update from LCS.

For entering the new line and saving the line you are using keyboard shortcuts i guess.

But have you tried using the "Save" button on the top left for saving the each line and after that creating new line - clicking lookup and so on.....

Hi Murat,

It is only on this form, or do you see this behavior on other forms? Do you have customizations on this form? Do you have a localization applied in this environment? If so, are you able reproduce it in an environment without customizations or localizations?

Is it always on the same line(s) or sometimes also on the first lines?

To Whom may suffer this problem. The is an adressed issue on the LCS microsoft is trying to fix that problem the issue number is

I get the same issue in the Vendor invoice journal for all fields with a drill down option but only after line 3 and usually when using project account type, ledger seems ok.

Hoping its a bug that can be fixed soon .........

Issue title: Customer dropdown in Lookup account for customer not working in general journal & not able to use functions

Resolution: Fixed

As you see the issue is solved you can gather it from lcs and apply your envoirements.
