Emails going t o junk mail because of tracking token

Posted on by 412

Hi all,

Is there a way to put the tracking token on the body part of the email? I am getting concerns around the tracking token and when testing this with option: pastedimage1657860813345v1.png

The reason for testing with this option is to see whether the client's emails would go to the junk folder which the answer is yes.

I do not want to disable the tracking token as we want to track incoming mail back to CE and changing the prefix did not help either. Is there a way to put the tracking token within the body?

Alternatively, how would folder level tracking work? Would we have to create folders for each contact/Account?

Thanks!
