Custom output menu item not display for Accountant role

Hi expertise ,

I have created a report and create new output menu item and  attach this menu item  to Account Receivable menu (Module).

When i log in with administrator account i am able to see the  menu item in AR module, but when i log in with only accountant Role i am not able to see the report menu.

Please suggest

    Hi Naveen,

    AX has role-based security framework. You can get details about security in AX from links below:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../role-based-security-concepts-overview

    After you create a new menu item, you have to create a new privilege or add new menu item and other related  objects (table,method...) to an existing privilege.

    For instance, explore Accountant role, find an appropriate privilege and add your report to this privilege or create a new privilege and add this privilege to appropriate duty in Accountant role.

    Hi Naveen

    You should create a new privilege ( or use an exisitng one ) and add this menu item to the privilege ( use Add reference button)  , after that you attribute this privilege to a new duty ( or an existing one) after that you add thi duty to accountant Role ,

    and not forget to publish all the modifications
