Hi All
When user selects Product Type A, the system only displays Word Templates corresponding to Product Type A, and when customer selects Product Type as B, the system only displays Word Templates of Product Type B Can I do this in Dynamics CRM?

Your soluton does not match with my request. i target into Word Template for Product Type. We have alot of Product Type, so that i would like to reduce human error by hide / shows Word Templates
Can you please elaborate on your issue more with a screenshot.?

Unfortunately this is limitation of word templates where we can not show hide as per dynamic values.
