Test Norwegian Tax posting to Altinn - Has anyone done this with a test Norwegan VAT number

Hello!

I am now trying to setup a testenvironment in order to be able to send VAT test files to Altinn. 

However, it seems to requires a real Norwegian VAT number and to sign an agreement. 
 
Can this be done with some "dummy" VAT-number I have got from Skatteetaten?
I have the same question (0)
