Legacy Settings and Advanced Find extremly slow

hi,

all of our Dynamics CE Online customers have the same problem with the legacy settings and the advanced find.

It takes about 2-3 min to load for the first time no matter which browser they use.

I conatacted MS-Support and they say its the default behaviour and I should open a Idea-Record (WTF - should I write that they speed it up from 2min to a few seconds???)

Has anyone find a way to speed this up?

Best regards

Here is the link to the latest version by region.  You can click on the version you want to find out the release information for

    docs.microsoft.com/.../Microsoft-Dataverse

Here is how to interpret the release version number, and we will use 9.2.22022.00121 as an example

9.2 is the version of Dynamics

22022 breaks down like this - 22 02 2.  The 22 means 2022, 02 means February, and the final 2 means that it is the 2nd week of Feb.  So, that means 22022 was released in the 2nd week of Feb 2022.  The .00121 is an internal tracking number

Also, you can see that the stations are a week apart in their deployment.  They like to roll out the deployments to the smaller area/regions first so that any bugs/breaks that are introduced are caught early before too many people are affected.

    hi Rod,

    thank you very much.

Do you have a link to some bugfix-list or releasenotes?

    Best Regards

    Tobias

    Howdy TKoller,

Wanted to let you know that there is an update that is rolling out as part of the 9.2.22022 update that should help with that issue.  What is happening is that when you load up the home page, settings page and/or the advanced find it is hitting a "cold cache".  The delay you are experiencing is the time it takes to get the cache "hot"

Depending on your region, you can expect that update to hit your environments sometime in the next month to month and a half
