First of all, what is the support mechanism for 1p customers to adopt D365 solutions? We have tons of resources for external customers but I can't figure who to reach out when our team is trying to build apps over D365 platform. Any pointers are highly appreciated.
Now to the actual problem:
I am trying to delete an environment but delete is disabled even though I am the owner.
Why I am trying to delete is because I had previously reset the environment and trying to add new data sources but it still shows error like below:
Error: Couldn't update or delete entity semantic labels
These labels I don't know why it still shows as I did reset the entire environment. I don't know how to get past these errors.
Hi Rahul
Thank you so much for raising this.
I am the Reset and Delete instance PM.
Did you have a chance to file a support ticket? I want to take a look at the ticket the earliest for mitigation and overall improvement purposes.
Thanks,
Nimrod

Are you using bring your own data lake or the managed lake? I suspect the folders that are being used for the source still exist, which shouldn't but i've seen a few things be sticky. You can change the names in PPDF for the queries that should reassign them as well in case there's a conflict.
