Show Exact Copy of Sent Emails - No longer working

When viewing Customer Insight emails via the Contact timeline it has reverted to display the email template, versus the exact copy received by the customer.

The setting is still activated. How come the visual is now changed?

Hi Shrada,

I just tested it myself and also noticed that the exact copy of the email is missing. At the very least, I would expect the personalization fields to be replaced with the actual values.

You might consider raising a support ticket with Microsoft regarding this issue. From my understanding, this article describes the expected behavior of that toggle feature.
