Recurring Appointment Activity in UCi

Hello All,

We created a Model Driven Power App for Sales and found out an issue with Recurring Appointments. While I try to add New Activity, it doesn't show the Recurring Appointment activity in UCI. It does show in Web Client. Is the feature not implemented in UCI. We can add it to the Navigation but cannot see on the new Activity options. If you aware anything about it please let me know. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Partner,

Recurrence Appointment in UCI can be created by using the recurrence button in UCI, once it is created the same record will be open in UCI as well.

Hello,

In Unified Interface, the experience is closer to what it is in Outlook, where you first need to create an Appointment before configuring recurrence for it.

How is that blocking your business scenario?

Have you tried to raise that to support (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support).

It it not blocking since we have an alternative method. We have Recurring appointment hyperlink in web client but not in UCI. we Just want provide uniform experience for users when they switch to UCI.
