How to change related ALL the reference through JOB.

We have number of objects to rename the prefix. But we dont want to do them manually since it will consume more time to complete. How to do that without ex-/importing the objects and how to change related ALL the reference through JOB. Also, we do the renaming , we need to make sure we integrate the object instead of add/delete object from Source depot so that we can see the history. Please share your ideas. Thanks.
