Situation: We are switching to Dynamics 365 crm and in our previous solution it was possible to schedule reminders/tasks without resource impact available time on the schedule board. It was used as a "post-it" with small messages. This was very usefull because it gave visual insight to the planner as wel as the craftsman for important notes.
The question: Is it possible to achive something like this on the Dyn365 resource schedule board? It looks like a Note/Reminder Activity but this activity types don't appear as schedule blocks in the resource schedule board. We do know that it's possible to make a mapping between an Activity like a Note/Reminder and a bookableresourcebooking. But when we do so the time for the activity is "scheduled" not available for work orders.
