Can any one help in This message
Cannot create a record in Ledger journal table (LedgerJournalTable). Journal batch number: JBN-001936, GJ20. The record already exists.

How do you create the journal?
It could be that the number sequence is not up to date. If you go to "General ledger parameter" form and check on "Number sequence" tab number sequence for "Journal batch number". What is the last number? Is it bigger than the last journal number for LedgerJournalTable?
I have seen this behavior many times when the continuous setting is enabled for the journal batch numbers sequence. When possible, disable this setting on this number sequence.
Otherwise, review the status list on the number sequence for the journal batch numbers and see if the number which is causing the problem is in this list. If so, you can delete the record by using Alt+F9
You added some screenshots. From the number sequence details, you can open the 'status list' to see which number will be re-used in case of the continuous setting.

suggest you can renew a number sequence, then use the new number sequence assign to the ledger journal.
