I want to know what is security/validation that prevents it from hacker?
Example I have created a flow for sending the approval mail and then update in the row according to the response from the mail. So my question is how can the approver satisfy that the mail is coming from the right person or we can say there is no other person/hacker sent the mail to approve.
Hi,
One way to tackle this to add Requestor property of Approval action to an email address which is known to your organization. Now whenever approvers get an email for approving the request, Email address specified in requestor in Approval action will be present on Approval email.
This way you approvers will know that this request/mail is coming from right person.

The approval feature with Power Automate can generate and send request-for-approval emails to approvers automatically.
By default, an approval email will be sent from the account--maccount@microsoft.com when using the action “Start an approval”.
You can use it to check sender:
