Mail send outs are not shown in contact / lead insights

Hi,
 
as we are transitioning to real time marketing we now started to send out our mailings in real time marketing.
 
Usually all mailings send out through dynamics marketing are shown in the lead's history / contact insights. (see screenshot)
 
 
Now when we sent out a mailing in real time marketing the mailing ist not shown in the contact insights.
 
Additionally I have read here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/real-time-marketing-analytics#contact-insights) that there is a contact insights tab / lead insights tab. But the tab is not shown / available in our environment.
 
Does anyone know if send outs through real time marketing are not shown in the contact/lead insights?
And if the contact / lead insights differ in outbound marketing from those in real time marketing: how can I integrate the contact/lead insights button?

    The Insights tab for you shows insights for outbound marketing. Emails that are sent using real-time marketing will only show in real-time marketing insights.


     
    The contact/lead entity for both outbound and real-time marketing is the same entity and has the same insights.
    Here's a similar issue on how to add the Insights tab to the Contacts/Leads entity.
