Does anyone know if send outs through real time marketing are not shown in the contact/lead insights?
And if the contact / lead insights differ in outbound marketing from those in real time marketing: how can I integrate the contact/lead insights button?
Hi, The Insights tab for you shows insights for outbound marketing. Emails that are sent using real-time marketing will only show in real-time marketing insights. The contact/lead entity for both outbound and real-time marketing is the same entity and has the same insights.
