Marketing form - Altered by wave 2 2020 update - now not able to view/edit in Mrketing Form Designer

Is anyone else experiencing this problem, and if you have and fixed it what other issues did you find that need fixing.

Marketing form has been altered by wave 2 2020 update - now not able to view/edit in Marketing Form Designer.  The Live version is still working (but I need to make an update to it).

HTML is present (but I can see changes), and it no longer displays in the Designer or Preview.  

One of the changes I can see is that the Wave 2 update has added "
" in inline styles in many places after valid style items, so style now looks like the following

<div style='display: block;&#10;            width: 100%;&#10;        ;'>

(as this is commercial in confidence I cannot share the whole content)

    And magically broken again over the next night.  One day we have it displaying in the designer and with out "&#10;" in the HTML view, and the next we are back to nothing displaying in the designer and being inserted into the HTML again.

    - FFS what is going on Microsoft?
