Many-to-Many matchings are not supported

Posted on by 180

Dear All,

One of my customers has contacted us with an issue when trying to use the manual matching in the bank rec screen on 365 BC. And she was trying to match multiple bank account ledger entries with two bank statement lines and she got the error message above.

So we did try just using one bank statement line and matching to multiple bank account ledger entries, although we couldn't work out how to apply only part of the value of one ledger entry line in order to make sure that the bank statement line total balance was the same as the bank account ledger entry total. I assume this is possible but cannot work out how to achieve that!!

Any help would be very pretty appreciated.

Kind regards,

Kelly

As the release plan states many to 1 is supported: docs.microsoft.com/.../bank-payment-reconciliations
