Data not showing in charts on dashboard

Hi,

We are having an issue in our dashboards where the data is not showing on the charts, but when you click "View records", all the records will be there, there will just be no data in the chart itself. See screenshot below for example of what happens to the charts. I don't understand why the data won't show in the charts. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I hope you are doing good.

    Try this:

    - Make sure you published the Dashboard.
    - Make sure it’s visible to everyone.
    - Clean the browsers cache.

    --> Try PUBLISH ALL CUSTOMIZATION again

    Hi,

    This could be the dashboard changes you have done not published so try below options.

    • Clean browser cache
    • Set visibility
    • Publish again and refresh to check.
