I've been given the task to configure the assistant (formerly known as the relationship assistant) to include the name of the contact which the reminder notification card applies.
Since my organization does not have the enterprise or premium version of dynamics 365, it doesn't seem like I am able to do this with Assistant Studio.
I am instead aiming to re-create the assistant that showes up on the customer managers dashboard that shows activities soon to be over-due.
I am quite new when it comes to configuring and developing in Dynamics 365, so I'm turning to this forum for some pointers on how to achieve this. I've read that one can create an custom entity with a view, and one can populate this view with an workflow that produces the notification card on certain parameters (like task over-due within 24 hours -> create card and push to view), but I am kinda clueless on how to achieve this.
Have anyone in here done a similar task before, or got any ideas on how to move forward to re-create the assistant that shows reminders on activities soon to be over-due?
