I am trying to run Integration Manager eConnect on GP 10 and i am getting the below error

The destination could not be initialized due to the following problem:

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.eConnect, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Now i checked the control panel , integration manager doesn't seem to be there although in the program files it is there .
