Is it possible to have NAV 2015 & NAV 2013 & NAV 2009 all running from my laptop?

It is possible.
I have all versions you mentioned on my laptop. Just install by sequence 2009 -> 2013 -> 2015 and config correctly.

Yes, I have not tried installing all three on the same, but i don't see a reason why you can't install all three on the same machine. First install 2015 then 2013 and then 2009. Once you install make please try to change the port numbers as all by default uses 7046,7047..
