Hallo everyone,
I have read the documentation for the Webhooks
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/use-webhooks
It seems to be possible to use PreEntityImages and PostEntityImages, which would be very helpful on what I want to achieve.
So I register a step and on my PreImage I've selected All Attributes as this is what I wanna get BUT this is never present.
comes always "PreEntityImages":[]
Anyone has used it and worked as expected? Many thanks in advance!
For some reason it was not working, I deleted the image and recreated a new one and now I get the fields on the PreEntityImage, so no problem should be with that.
Hey I know it's been 2.5 years after you raised this question and answered. I'm encountering the exact same issue cannot find the Pre & Post-images even after I registered them on the update step. I also treid deleted (unregistered) the image and recreated new one as you said, but still no luck. I'm curious if you had continuously use this for the past 2.5 years and didn't find this issue again?
Hmm nevermind. Although it didn't work by unregistering the image and recreate, but I made it work by unregistering the entire step and recreate the step + image. Interesting the Microsoft is not intending to fix this bug after 2.5 years. But here is the solution fixed my issue in case anyone else encounter it in the future.
