Hi all

I've this problem in a flow, all seem works and the execution history says that the flow get well, but the final mail dont arrive....

It's very simple:

I have a personal table, when there is an insert or change in this table, the flow sends me an email... below images:

but the mail is not coming.... I've thinked to have mistaken the table, so I replaced the trigger with a manual trigger

everything seems to work, but no mail arrives ....

Where I'm mistaken?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

You are using different connector than outlook to send an email.

Please check my link I shared earlier, I am asking you to use outlook send an email V2 action to send an email

I use it as you can see on first post and its picture ... but although I've reduced my flow at minimum (as you can see), the mail dont start.

you sent the screen shot of the error message saying that you can't test & enable to mailbox because the system is in admin mode. If you turn admin mode off, you should then be able to test & enable the mailbox.

But you also mentioned that this working before so im not sure this is the issue.

Just go to the environments section in admin.powerplatform, link below. Assuming you're the administrator you can go into the environment and change the settings as per the previous message.

Was administration mode turned on yesterday? Can you try turning that off and seeing if it then works again?

    Set administration mode

    1. Go to the Power Platform admin center and sign in using Environment Admin or System Administrator role credentials.

    2. From the left-side menu, select Environments, and then select a sandbox, production, or trial (subscription-based) environment.

    3. On the Details page, select Edit.

    4. Under Administration mode, toggle Disabled to Enabled.

    5. Optionally, you can set Background operations.

    6. Select Save.
