Hi all,
I did all setups for receipt format for POS and I run jobs, but still receipt format is not updating on POS

Did you run 1090 - Registers job?

1. Make sure 1090 job was run and applied to the database.
2. If you are using an RSSU, restart IIS on the RSSU box. Close the shift and sign out of POS. Log back in and open new shift, check new receipt format.
3. Check that you are using the correct receipt format for that hardware station by going to the hardware profile for that device. Check on the receipt printer tab.
