Printed Sales Invoice Lines on Word Layout won't show item number, if one of the lines is a comment.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? Interestingly, I uploaded the same template to our own sandbox environment without issue. Below are screenshots of the customer's test environment

Hi the report doesn't seem to be a out of box one. I would suggest to work with dev to troubleshoot.

This is a custom word template I created from a copy of the out-of-the-box sales invoice template, no development involved. Nonetheless, the same issue occurs with the original layout.

unfortunately the screenshots are not visible :(

Is the Item No. filled in for the Comment line? I think in standard - if the line type is comment - it only processes the Description field.
